For years I have been wanting to find an Art of Headshots tagline and tried many different ideas, asked friends and associates to help, but never found a combination of a few words that would reveal a tagline that we could identify. I envied tag lines from the great brands such as Nike, Apple and Coca Cola, making me believe that a great tag line is for a large established corporation with a team of executives who will travel half a World on a retreat to come up with a great tag line.
Being a Micro Business owner has a lot of disadvantages and a few advantages. We don’t have a team of analysts or professionals helping me come up with branding ideas or tag lines. We have to rely on our experience, motive and our intuition to realize systems, designs, marketing and now a great tag line. Art of Headshots, your beautiful energy – is the tagline for our company and I am grateful today the day after thanksgiving for having come up with this tagline over the last few days.
Sometimes, clients ask me if I can make them look beautiful but what I seldom get asked is to photograph my clients energy. The closer I get at photographing the invisible energy the more beautiful they look.
